By using Safari Trip Planner, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Safari Trip Planner generates day-by-day safari itineraries from your inputs (destination, days, travel month, style, group, and budget). The free tier includes up to three itinerary previews per browser. Pro unlocks the full itinerary, packing list, editing, unlimited PDF downloads, and unlimited regenerations for one year.
· Pro access is sold as a one-year license (currently $49 USD/year) through Lemon Squeezy.
· After payment, a license key is sent to your email. Enter it on the site to unlock Pro. You may also be redirected back with an automatic activation link.
· No refunds are offered once a license key has been activated, except where required by law. Contact us before activating if you have a billing issue.
· Pricing may change with reasonable notice. Existing paid access remains valid for the period purchased.
· Use automated scripts, crawlers, or scrapers to extract itineraries or data from the site.
· Share your license key with others or resell access.
· Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
· Reverse engineer or copy the site's code or design.
Itineraries are for informational and planning purposes only. Verify visa requirements, health advisories, safety, park fees, and availability before you travel. We are not liable for loss, injury, or disappointment arising from reliance on generated content.
The design, code, and branding are owned by Joel Odimo. Itineraries you generate are yours to use for personal travel planning.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months before any claim.
We may suspend access if you violate these terms. Pro licenses forfeited for violations are not refunded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes are handled in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
