1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Safari Trip Planner, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Description of service

We provide an AI‑powered itinerary generator for safaris. The free version shows a preview (first 3 days). The Pro version unlocks the full itinerary, packing list, and unlimited regenerations, accessible via a paid license key.

3. Payments and license keys

• Pro access is sold as a monthly subscription ($7/month) through Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel anytime via your Lemon Squeezy account.
• After successful payment, a license key is emailed to you. Enter it on the Site to unlock Pro features.
• No refunds are offered once a license key has been activated, except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

4. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, crawlers, or AI scrapers to extract itineraries or other data.
• Share your license key with others or resell access.
• Use the Site for any illegal purpose or to harass others.
• Reverse engineer our Netlify functions or frontend code.

5. Itinerary disclaimer

All itineraries are generated by an AI model (Google Gemini) and are for informational and inspirational purposes only. You must verify all details – including visa requirements, health advisories, safety conditions, lodge availability, and opening hours – before travelling. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or disappointment resulting from reliance on our itineraries.

6. Intellectual property

The design, code, and branding of the Site are owned by Joel Odimo. You may not copy our layout or clone the tool without permission. However, generated itineraries are yours to use for personal travel planning.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. If you are a Pro user, termination due to violation forfeits your license without refund.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya (or your country of residence). Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
